Orientation & Registration – Fall Semester 2013
Spring Semester 2014 orientation and course registration for dual-enrollment high school students will take place at Penn State Wilkes-Barre at 3:00pm on Thursday, January 9 in the Murphy Student Services Center.
Orientation will include:
An academic advising presentation
Establishment of a Penn State ACCESS account (this gives students access to email and online academic resources)
Arranging for a parking permit (you must have your vehicle registration and proof of insurance with you)
Instructions for where, when, and how to obtain books and supplies
Registration: All students will be instructed in the use of E-Lion, Penn State's online course registration system. Students will select and register for the courses in which they will be enrolled spring semester 2014.
It is important that all students have a completed Undergraduate Non-Degree Enrollment Form on file. Forms can also be obtained by contacting your high-school guidance counselor or the Penn State Wilkes-Barre Admissions Office. The form must be returned to the Penn State Wilkes-Barre Admissions Office no later than December 18, 2013.
Parents are welcome and encouraged to attend the Dual-Enrollment Program Orientation and Registration.
First day of spring semester classes at Penn State Wilkes-Barre is Monday, January 13, 2014.
