Are you a transfer student?

A transfer student is someone who has earned a high-school diploma or the equivalent and who has attempted at least 18 semester credits at other regionally accredited colleges or universities before enrolling at Penn State.

More than 160 Penn State majors can be started at Penn State Wilkes-Barre and completed at University Park or another Penn State location. In addition, eight bachelor's and four associate degree programs can be completed at this campus.
