Selling Dynamics

Want to be a better sales person? Are you new to sales? This motivating three-week course explores creating the right mindset and attitude to be effective in prospecting, setting up appointments, doing presentations, overcoming stalls and objections, and making the close.

Other areas covered include sales research, referrals, follow-ups, and re-sales. This course is delivered via interactive video technology from Penn State Worthington Scranton to the Penn State Wilkes-Barre campus.
