Summer Youth Camps

Did you know Penn State Wilkes-Barre is celebrating its 100-year anniversary? Penn State Wilkes-Barre was established in 1916 and this year we celebrate 100 years of education! In honor of this special occasion, we are offering some camps for $100! We hope you can celebrate with us.

The primary goal of our Summer Youth Camps is to provide challenging, educational activities for students of various grade levels. We are devoted to sparking an interest in science, technology, the arts, and healthy sports training. Our unique approach emphasizes creative learning and adventure through projects, field trips, experiments, game-play, and numerous hands-on activities.

Our instructors are uniquely qualified and have had their credentials approved at many levels of the University to ensure the best for your children. They are experienced professionals who will ensure safe, educational fun.

Limited scholarships are available and will be awarded based on financial need and are given on a first-come, first-served basis until the funds have been depleted. Please call our office at 570-675-9253 to request an application. There are limited number of scholarships for certain camps so not everyone will be granted their 1st choice camp.

Please read our letter from our Director of Continuing Education.
