Project 720 allows high school students to earn college credits
High school juniors and seniors now have the unique opportunity to complete their high school education requirements, while at the same time, earning college credits. It's Pennsylvania's Dual Enrollment Program (also known as "Project 720") that allows school districts to partner with eligible post-secondary institutions in offering these students the opportunity to earn college credits while completing their high school requirements. Qualified students enrolled in the program receive both secondary and post-secondary credit for their college-level coursework. Penn State Wilkes-Barre has Project 720/Dual Enrollment Agreement contracts with Lake Lehman and Wyoming Area School Districts.
