The Office of Safety & Security exists to provide an atmosphere free from fear for personal safety, property loss, or accident on campus.
The department of provides all law enforcement and security services to the Wilkes-Barre campus. In addition to providing security and police services, Safety and Security is also responsible for parking enforcement and traffic control.
The Department of Safety and Security maintains a cooperative relationship with the Lehman Township Police and the Pennsylvania State Police. Criminal incidents are investigated by campus officers. Assistance in investigations may be requested from the Pennsylvania State Police or the Lehman Township Police for serious criminal incidents.
